When an order is missing in EffectConnect, this could have several reasons. Please check the following checklist to see if this solves your problem.
- Is the order synchronization activated in your channel settings?
- It can take a few minutes before an order is imported in EffectConnect, to know more about the synchronization intervals, read this article.
- Is the order, that you're missing out, placed on a marketplace that is part of your subscription in EffectConnect? For example, in the case of Amazon channels, you need a separate channel in EffectConnect for every country.
- Is the order still 'open' in the marketplace? EffectConnect can only import orders that are still open. If an order is yet fulfilled or completed, it won't be imported into EffectConnect anymore.
- Is the order externally fulfilled or fulfilled by yourself? By default, EffectConnect does not import orders that are externally fulfilled. You can enable this in your channel settings if you'd like.
