An order is not visible in EffectConnect, what now?

When an order does not become visible in EffectConnect, it may have several causes. To find out the cause, you can check the following points.

  • Is the order import of your channel activated?
  • Is the order still open in the marketplace? EffectConnect only imports orders that are still open in the marketplace.
  • Should the order be imported? For example, is it an order that has been settled via the marketplace (such as FBA or LVB)? Then it is also important that your account is configured to import these orders. Check your channel settings.
  • Did you wait a while? It may take some time before the orders are imported by EffectConnect. More information about the synchronization times can be found here.
