Can I generate or download an invoice from EffectConnect?

You can not generate or download an invoice from EffectConnect. This is because an invoice is always generated by your webshop or e-commerce system. 

EffectConnect only exports the order from the marketplace to your webshop. 

If you need an invoice for an order from a marketplace, you can export this from your webshop. 

It is possible though to download order data like the ordered products, client information, and more. To know more about downloading order data, read this article.
