      Everything you need to know about the bol supplier connection

      For sellers which are going to sell directly to bol as an official supplier, we offer an automated connection in our Channel Manager towards Bol so you can synchronize your:

      • stock levels
      • cost prices
      • minimum order quantities
      • delivery times settings

      In this way, Bol receives actual data and updates about your inventory. 

      ⚠️We don't synchronize orders on this type of connection.


      3 steps to use this supplier connection:

      1. Inform your account manager at Bol that you would like to automate this process using EffectConnect. They will hand you credentials for an FTPS (File Transfer Protocol Secure) location where EffectConnect can store your inventory data online.
      2. Save these credentials into your EffectConnect account. To know how you can share credentials with EffectConnect, in a safe and secure way, read this article.
      3. Inform our customer success department about your wish to use the bol supplier connection so we can add it to your EffectConnect account. We're glad to help you further.
