About Wish.com
Wish.com is the largest worldwide mobile marketplace with over 300 million customers, of which 175 reside in Europe. Wish processes as much as 2,4 million daily purchases. Wish is actively looking for external sellers who can offer a quality product range for this large European target group.
Please keep in mind that you must have a seller account with the marketplace, without an account you cannot sell. Each marketplace may have its own terms and conditions, always read them carefully before you start selling.
Good to know about Wish when you want to sell on their platform
Wish is a platform that works invite-only. This means that you can't just sign up but can only become a seller when Wish itself has invited you to do so.
We do not have any contacts you can approach to become a seller.
The difference between Wish.com standard and express
There are two types of delivery times that you can use towards Wish.com. The standard, and express connection. The standard delivery time is 15 shipping days, the express is 5 shipping days.
When creating your Wish.com channel, you can choose which delivery time you want to use. If you want to use both, you need 2 separate channels.
Set the correct currency in the Wish.com dashboard
Please keep in mind that you set the correct currency in the Wish.com dashboard. The currency must be set to euro. If you need help setting this up, contact your account manager of Wish.com.
How to create or enrich product data on Wish.com?

Good to know: For Wish.com it is necessary to have English data imported into EffectConnect. It is not possible to create or enrich product information, using another language with a Wish.com channel.

Troubleshoot
My (new) products don't show up in my Wish.com account
- Check if you created a mapping, which includes all the mandatory data.
- Check if the products are enabled in EffectConnect
- Check if the synchronization times are respected. If the products still don't show up online, contact us for further assistance. Please keep in mind that it can take a few days before products show up online in your Wish.com dashboard. If you need any help regarding new products that need to be accepted by Wish.com, contact your account manager at Wish.com.
