Why is my order not being marked as completed on the marketplace?

When you mark an order as sent in your webshop or source system, EffectConnect will pass this signal to the marketplace. If this doesn't happen, it could be for a number of reasons. 

  • Is the order marked as sent in your webshop?
  • Did you wait a while? It can take a while before an order is marked as sent. Read more about the synchronization times here.
  • Have you configured a (correct) delivery service in your channel settings?
  • When you use more than 1 delivery service, did you configure the track&trace mapping?
