When you mark an order as sent in your webshop or source system, EffectConnect will pass this signal to the marketplace. If this doesn't happen, it could be for a number of reasons.
- Is the order marked as sent in your webshop?
- Did you wait a while? It can take a while before an order is marked as sent. Read more about the synchronization times here.
- Have you configured a (correct) delivery service in your channel settings?
- When you use more than 1 delivery service, did you configure the track&trace mapping?
