Basic troubleshoot - One or multiple orders are not shipped on the marketplace/channel

Here you will find a step-by-step plan that can be followed to find out why orders are not shipped in the seller account or on the markeplace/channel.

An may not get shipped in EffectConnect or the marketplace for various reasons. For example, this may have to do with a setting in the plugin or perhaps that the marketplace is missing required info.

Below you can find a step-by-step plan with a check for shipments that are not synchronized succesfully.

Connection/Webshop

  • Does the order have a tracking code?
    Tracking codes can be neccesary in some cases, depending on the settings of the plugin. If the tracking code is not entered this can cause a problem in shipping the order.

  • Is the order marked as shipped?
    EffectConnect will only import shipments if the orders are marked as shipped in the webshop. Sometimes it is possible to configure the shipped status for EffectConnect in the EffectConnect plugin. 


EffectConnect

  • Is the shipment/tracking code visible in EffectConnect?
    The shipping status (and tracking code) in EffectConnect is neccesary for exporting the shipment to the marketplace. 

  • Does the order contain an error message?
    When the shipment export to the marketplace has failed, you can find an error in the order in EffectConnect. Depending on the marketplace/channel you can also find a specific error print in the order info of EffectConnect.

Marketplace/Channel

  • Does the seller account of the marketplace/channel show any errors?
    Some marketplaces/channels do show errors if shipments are  not correct, incomplete or yet has to be processed.
