In most situations, it is not possible to use EffectConnect with another webshop system as the system you initially used to configure your account. For example: when you first used Lightspeed, it is not possible to use that same EffectConnect account with a Magento webshop. It is then necessary to create a new EffectConnect account. You can then configure this with the data which you receive from EffectConnect.
There are some exceptions; for example when you use a custom API connection to connect with EffectConnect. You can then decide from which data source your data needs to be synchronized.

Please keep in mind that it is very important to never connect to the same channels via 2 EffectConnect accounts.
For example, if you have a channel on account A, and on account B, make sure that this channel is only enabled on one of the two accounts.
