EffectConnect offers different modules which give you the possibility to apply an advanced configuration based on your needs and wishes.
The modules that you'll find below, are identical to the menu items which you can find on the left sidebar in EffectConnect. You can click on the name of a module to read more information about the specific module.
On the dashboard page, you can see what is happening with your products and sales in one overview.
In the products module, you can see which products EffectConnect has imported. You can also make changes towards your marketplaces.
With product selections, you create selections of products based on conditions. These product selections can be used to define specific settings for those products, create pricing rules, or product listings.
The brands that you'll find in this module are imported from your data source.
The categories that you'll find in this module are imported from your data source.
With custom attributes, you can create new data (attributes) based on your own data.
You can use Bundles to create packages of multiple products within EffectConnect. In this way, you can create a 'collection of products' to sell on the marketplaces.
In your sales overview, you will find all the sales generated on those marketplaces that are connected to your EffectConnect account.

When you open an order in EffectConnect you can view and edit specific details concerning the order, and control and force different processes for this order.

With order export modification you can instruct EffectConnect to replace certain information in your orders.
Track & trace mapping is used when you use multiple carriers for shipping your products. Based on if-then rules, EffectConnect knows which carrier needs to be selected for each order.
With the tag manager, you can give your orders certain tags, based on specific conditions. You can use these tags to take further actions in EffectConnect and in your webshop.
You can use queue rules to determine what needs to happen with an order export when an order meets specific conditions.
The returns module in EffectConnect allows you to easily view and handle marketplace returns within EffectConnect.
The Channel Manager is the main module where you configure the connection towards your channels. Here you can create, edit, or delete channels. Channels are the marketplaces you've connected to EffectConnect.
A mapping group for a product synchronization is used to make a translation between your own data and the data for a marketplace. In this way, EffectConnect can create product data on a marketplace.
Channels > Fulfillment manager
The fulfillment manager helps you get your stock managed when you're using external fulfillment. Also, you can use the fulfillment manager to send shipments with products to the marketplace.
The Repricer helps you manage your pricing on the marketplaces. It automatically adjusts your prices, while respecting the minimum and maximum prices you configured yourself.
With surcharges, you can modify your prices by adding or subtracting an amount or percentage to your regular price.
You can use the price planner to configure prices for a list of products, for a certain time. This is for example useful when you want to offer a discount to your customers for a certain period of time.
With tiered prices, you can set a discount when the client orders multiple pieces of your product. In this way, you can engage the customer to buy more, and pay less.
The sales dashboard gives you a neat insight into your sales over a certain period of time.
The logistics dashboard gives you real-time information into your logistic operation.
