About Productpine

Productpine is a Dutch company committed to promoting sustainability and bringing innovative, unique products to market. Productpine carefully curates a range of products, including tech gadgets and lifestyle items, and offers these through their online platform.

Productpine also has a physical store in Amsterdam, where you can discover and experience some of the innovative products available on the platform.

Requesting a seller account

• Visit 'become a partner' on the Productpine website and click the 'Start selling' button
• Our Customer Success consultants can put you in touch with a contact person at Productpine
• Productpine offers an onboarding process for all sellers to ensure a smooth and efficient launch on the platform

Please note: make sure you have a seller account before connecting to Productpine through EffectConnect.

Settings & configuration

Productpine works with their own integration method. Below you'll read how to set up the connection.

With us, you can use an orders-only connection for Productpine. You supply your product content through the Feed Manager, which lets you easily share a product feed with Productpine.

First, contact your account manager at Productpine to create an account.

API Keys Using API keys from EffectConnect, they connect their platform to your EffectConnect environment.

Adding or enriching content

You supply product information to Productpine through a product feed, which you send to your account manager. You can generate this feed yourself using your own software, or use our Feed Manager to build a product feed.

Repricer

Productpine currently doesn't offer a repricer option. They do, however, use dynamic pricing strategies themselves to offer competitive prices and maximize profit margins on products.

While the Buybox concept isn't applicable at the moment, Productpine is considering implementing it in the future.

About the synchronization times

Order synchronization with Productpine runs according to EffectConnect's default times. Read more about our synchronization times.

Troubleshoot

I don't have, or forgot, my API keys for configuring Productpine

When you request the API key from Productpine, you'll receive a URL. This URL points to a secure password portal. From there, you need to copy the API key and add it to your account.

My (new) products don't show up in my Productpine account

1. Check whether your product feed in the Feed Manager is set up correctly
2. Check whether the feed export is active
3. If the products still don't show up online, contact us for further assistance
4. Do new products need to be approved by Productpine? Then contact your account manager at Productpine.
