EffectConnect automatically renews your products based on the catalog from your webshop. Sometimes this catalog is retrieved from your webshop, in other cases, the webshop sends the catalog to EffectConnect. This can be different in each situation.
We have the option to retrieve data again in an extreme case when this is really necessary because, for example, products are online at the wrong price. This is only possible when EffectConnect pulls the data from your webshop.
If your webshop is connected to EffectConnect's API, you can re-export the catalog to EffectConnect yourself.
