EffectConnect will send you certain e-mails in some situations, for example when an order export fails. This is to make sure you don't miss out on important updates.
By default, EffectConnect will send these e-mails to all the users that are linked to an EffectConnect account.
To disable e-mails for specific users, follow the next steps.
- Go to https://account.effectconnect.com and log in with your credentials
- On the top right of the screen, hover over your name and choose 'settings'
- Go to the tab that says 'shop', this is the tab where you can find all the shops that are connected to your username.
- Next, enable or disable the e-mails to your preferences.
