How can I disable certain e-mails that are sent by EffectConnect?

EffectConnect will send you certain e-mails in some situations, for example when an order export fails. This is to make sure you don't miss out on important updates.

By default, EffectConnect will send these e-mails to all the users that are linked to an EffectConnect account.

 

To disable e-mails for specific users, follow the next steps.

  1. Go to https://account.effectconnect.com and log in with your credentials
  2. On the top right of the screen, hover over your name and choose 'settings'



  3. Go to the tab that says 'shop', this is the tab where you can find all the shops that are connected to your username. 
  4. Next, enable or disable the e-mails to your  preferences.
