If a channel or feature you desire is currently not available in EffectConnect, you can always request it.
At EffectConnect, we implement new channels based on the demand, commercial aspect and feedback from our customers. This means that the more customers are interested, the greater the chance that we will implement the new channel or feature.
If you want to request a channel the process is largely the same as for a feature, but it may take longer, depending on the complexity of the channel, the demand, and the available time. In some cases, we may also need additional documentation that must be provided by the export channel.
If you are requesting a new channel for which we have already received a request, we will add your company to the list of interested customers. This helps us determine the demand for the requested channel. When we have added you to the list of interested customers and the channel becomes available in the tool, you will automatically receive a notification from us.
EffectConnect cannot give an indication in advance about the development period of new channels or features. The indication depends on the complexity, documentation and communication etc. of the new channel or feature.
