Pilot projects

In the development of new features and marketplace integrations, it is essential to conduct pilot projects. This approach allows us to test how different components interact within a live environment and make necessary adjustments based on real-time observations.

Feedback during the pilot

When you participate in a pilot project, you agree to share your feedback with us. Your insights are invaluable and will be directly communicated to the pilot coordinator.

Considerations to keep in mind

As we work on optimization and enhancements during this phase, please be aware that the module being piloted may not function perfectly. You may encounter issues such as bugs, processing delays, or limited functionality. Ofcourse, we are closely monitoring these aspects.

In some cases, please be aware that these issues may only be fully resolved upon the completion of the pilot project.

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Your experiences and feedback are crucial in helping us improve the final version of the module, making it more reliable for all users.

Participating in a pilot project

There are two ways to participate in a pilot project:

1. You can sign up yourself as a pilot customer for a specific feature.

2. We may reach out to you with an invitation to join a pilot project.

How can you find out which pilot projects you can sign up for?

When we are working on new features or marketplace integrations, we will keep you informed through our monthly product newsletters. In these newsletters, we encourage you to express your interest in participating, so we can record your preferences.

Additionally, when contacting our support consultants about specific marketplaces or features currently in development, you may be asked if you would like to join a pilot project. If you are interested and meet the pilot's requirements, your name will be noted, and the pilot coordinator might reach out to you for further details.
