Repricer Dashboard (new)
The Repricer Dashboard is the overview page of the repricer. On the Repricer Dashboard, you can create new repricing rules and view certain logs.
Creating a new repricer rule
To create a new repricer rule, click the 'create new repricer rule' button. This button will appear in the centre of the dashboard if no repricer rules currently exist. If there are already existing repricer rules, the button will be displayed above the search bar.
After this, you will go through the process of setting up a new rule, which is explained in more detail in this article.
Copying a repricing rule
If there are existing repricer rules, it is also possible to copy an existing rule. This will create a duplicate of the selected rule, which can then be edited.
Editing a repricing rule
To edit a repricer rule, click the 'pencil' icon in the overview. A page will then open where all settings of that specific repricer rule can be adjusted.
Filters
Within the overview of repricer rules, you can filter by various rule properties. By selecting a value from the dropdowns or specifying a date/product range and clicking 'Apply', only the rules that match the filter criteria will be displayed.
Repricer calculations
The dashboard allows you to view logs of all calculations. These logs, for example, show whether there are products for which a price calculation failed and why it failed, such as a missing value in a set attribute within the pricing formula.
Clicking the 'View Details' button opens a page with an overview of the calculations.
In the calculations overview, you can search by SKU or EAN. At the end of each row, specific product logging can be viewed by clicking the 'eye' icon, which will open a slide-out panel.
Within the details, you can see the calculated price, when the most recent calculation took place, and a log of the last change. The difference between the most recent calculation and the most recent change is as follows:
The repricer calculates a price within a fixed interval, which we call a calculation. However, a price may not have changed for a longer period, possibly because there have been no changes to competitors’ prices, delivery times, etc., on the marketplace. In such cases, no update occurs, and the same unchanged price is not sent repeatedly. The last change then shows since when the calculation has remained unchanged.
We display the steps the repricer has taken and which scenario it has reached in the 'Steps Taken' section. You can then scroll further down to view the formulas and calculations of the last calculation.
Number of adjusted prices in the past 24 hours
An overview of the past 24 hours, broken down by hour, showing how many price adjustments have taken place. For example, if you see a daily peak in price adjustments, it may indicate something happening on the marketplace that causes you to lose the buy box or enter another scenario that the repricer responds to.
My repricer credits
If you want to start using the repricer or expand it to other marketplaces, you can add a repricer credit to your subscription here.
