The information in the mapping does not correspond with the information on the marketplace, what now?

When you're configuring mapping groups in EffectConnect, you basically enter specifications about your products that the marketplace asks you. For example, you need to fill in the color, material, or size of your products.

These specifications are imported from a so-called 'data model' from the marketplace. This is a list of specifications that the marketplace hands out for external software like EffectConnect. 

When the situation occurs that the mapping does not have the same fields, questions, or data as the marketplace itself, it can be that the data model is not updated (yet). EffectConnect imports automatically the data models of the marketplaces as soon as the marketplaces make changes to these models.

If you're missing out on information in the mapping group in EffectConnect, you can always contact the marketplace to verify if their data model is up-to-date.
