Good to know about product information requirements

When you want to sell products on Conrad that aren't online yet, or you want to enrich product information, you can manually add this information to your Conrad seller account, or you can use our mapping tool to synchronize product data with Conrad. It is important that you can provide the product information of your products in the German language, as Conrad is at this moment only available for as a German marketplace. So it is useful to have this data in your webshop, or else use so-called "additional data sources". That is a feature within EffectConnect that allows you to add different product information to your products in EffectConnect, without the intervention of your existing connection. So that way you can, for example, load a CSV file into EffectConnect with Polish product information.

Troubleshoot

My (new) products don't show up in my Conrad seller account

  • Check whether the products are included in the product selection for Conrad in EffectConnect.
  • Check whether the products have stock.
  • Check whether you've created a mapping that includes all the required content.
  • Check in EffectConnect whether any error messages are returned on the offers or content.
  • Check whether the synchronization times are respected.
  • If the products still don't show up, contact us for further support.
