EffectConnect can send shipment information to the marketplaces.
To ensure successful synchronization, there are a few key requirements that need to be met.
- You must add the shipment information to the order in your webshop
- Make sure the shipment information from your webshop is sent to EffectConnect. You can verify this by opening an order in EffectConnect and checking for your tracking details in the 'status' column.
Next, you need to make sure that you filled in a carrier for your shipments in your channel settings, or if you use more than one carrier, you use track & trace mapping.
