Darty is a popular e-commerce platform in France and part of the Fnac Darty Group. They focus on electrical household equipment in every category. Customers of Darty average between 29 and 49 years of age.
Darty has 36 million active customers and attracts over 20 million unique visitors per month.
Please keep in mind that you must have a seller account with the marketplace, without an account you cannot sell. Each marketplace may have its own terms and conditions, always read them carefully before you start selling.
How to create or enrich product data on Darty?
Content mapping or integration options are not available for Darty. Therefore, you will need to manually upload your product information in .csv format directly through your seller account on Darty.
Content submissions must be made in French.

Troubleshoot
I don't have, or forgot, my API keys for configuring Darty
You can generate new keys inside your Darty seller central. If you don't know where to find them, you can contact your account manager at Darty.
My (new) products don't show up in my Darty account
- Check if the products are enabled in EffectConnect
- Check if the synchronization times are respected. If the products still don't come online, contact us for further assistance.
- Please keep in mind that it can take a few days before products come online in your Darty dashboard. If you need any help regarding new products that need to be accepted by Darty, contact your account manager at Darty.
