About ManoMano

ManoMano is a French marketplace founded in 2013, specializing in the categories of DIY, gardening, home & living, and home improvement. The platform attracts over 50 million visitors per month and has more than 3,600 active sellers.

Authorization

The authorization works for:

- ManoMano B2C

- ManoMano Pro

- ManoMano Fulfillment (this requires a separate orders & shipments-setting to be enabled in EffectConnect)

Order connection only

This connection enables the retrieval of orders and the sending of shipments.

Settings & Configuration

For general information on adding and configuring a channel in EffectConnect, refer to how to add and configure a channel in the Channel Manager.

To set up ManoMano in EffectConnect, follow these steps:

Connect to merchant account

- Go to Settings >  'Connection to merchant account' tab.

- Enter your ManoMano seller contract ID and API key.

Offers

  1. Navigate to Settings > Offers

  2. Define your SKU and EAN attributes. These are essential for matching the order identifiers to the correct product within your catalog when an order is imported.

Orders and shipments

  1. Access via Settings the 'Orders and shipments' tab.
  2. Here, you will find the default settings. It is mandatory to fill in the standard carrier information.

 3.   If you are using ManoMano Fulfilment, make sure to enable the setting 'Import MMF orders'. These orders will be imported with the tag 'Externally Fulfilled' and will be marked as 'Shipped'.


By following these steps, you will connect your ManoMano account and ensure that your orders are imported and updated correctly.

Troubleshoot

I don't have, or forgot, my API keys for configuring ManoMano

You can generate new keys inside your ManoMano seller account. If you don't know where to find them, please contact your account manager at ManoMano.

Orders are not imported or exported

If orders are not appearing in EffectConnect or your webshop system, check if the synchronization times for orders are being respected.

If the orders are still not imported or exported, please contact us for further support.
