About SDeal
SDeal is a fast-growing online department store with big ambitions. SDeal wants to provide you with a wide and unique collection of home accessories, kitchen appliances, baby items, toys, electronics, bicycles, sportswear, etc. Basically everything you can think of. In the assortment, you will find both well-known and new emerging brands. The choice is yours!
Please keep in mind that you must have a seller account with the marketplace, without an account you cannot sell. Each marketplace may have its own terms and conditions, always read them carefully before you start selling.
How to set up the connection to SDeal?
When would like to connect your EffectConnect account to SDeal, you need to contact your account manager at SDeal to establish the connection from their side. To set up the connection, SDeal needs API keys of EffectConnect to connect their platform to our software.
Follow the next steps to make sure SDeal receives all the information they need to establish the connection.
- Navigate in the left side menu in EffectConnect to 'API > API Keys management' .
- Click on 'Create API key' on the top right of the screen
- Create a new API key (key type needs to be set to 'single-channel key')
- Go to the tab with permissions, add the SDeal channel and select the following permissions
- Read order list
- Create order
- Update order
- Read order - Click on 'save'
- Re-open the key and send the public and private keys to your account manager at SDeal.
Please keep the synchronization in your channel in EffectConnect disabled until SDeal informed you to enable the synchronization. Also, SDeal will send you an API key in return, which our customer success department will fill in for you. So once you receive it, please contact our support department so we can assist you.
How to create or enrich product data on SDeal?
You can create products on SDeal by handing a product feed to your account manager. You can generate this feed yourself, with your own software, or use our feed manager to create a product feed. If you would like to know more about the possibilities, please contact our customer success colleagues.

Troubleshoot
I don't have, or forgot, my API keys for configuring SDeal
You can generate new keys inside your SDeal seller central. If you don't know where to find them, please contact your account manager at SDeal.
Products are shown double in my SDeal account, what now?
This normally happens when you've changed the SKUs that are being used, or changed your data source data is used for your products. In this way, products are created again, and the old ones will remain in your dashboard which leads to double products.
The way to solve this is to remove the products with the old SKUs. If this happened with a lot of products, you can empty your inventory at SDeal and request our customer success department to refill your inventory by re-sending the offers.
My (new) products don't show up in my SDeal account
- Check if you created a mapping that includes all the mandatory data.
- Check if the products are enabled in EffectConnect
- Check if the synchronization times are respected. If the products still don't show up online, contact us for assistance. Please keep in mind that it can take a few days before products show up online in your SDeal dashboard. If you need any help regarding new products that need to be accepted by SDeal, contact your account manager at SDeal.
