Is it possible to force an order import?

kb-info Good to know: This information only applies to channels still connected through our legacy channel connections. Thus, this is not valid for channels connected via our Channel Manager.  This is because the connections through the Channel Manager, run more stably, more often, and faster than through our old legacy channel connections.

EffectConnect automatically imports orders from the marketplaces. To know the synchronization intervals, please read this article.

It is not possible to force an order import manually to import orders from the marketplace. You can however configure a single forced import every day, in your channel settings in EffectConnect. You can configure this at the page 'order import settings' when configuring your channel.   


kb-info Good to know: once an order is handled at the marketplace itself, it is not possible to import it onto EffectConnect. EffectConnect only receives open orders that are not completed yet. There is no possibility to import the orders after they're completed.
