An order is missing in EffectConnect. What now?
When an order is not appearing in EffectConnect, there may be several reasons for this. Please review the following checklist to help resolve the issue.
Checklist
- Is order synchronization enabled in your channel settings?
Keep in mind that it may take a few minutes for an order to be imported into EffectConnect. For more details on synchronization intervals, please refer to this article. - Is the missing order placed on a marketplace included in your EffectConnect subscription?
For instance, if you are using Amazon channels, you will need a separate channel in EffectConnect for each country. - Is the order still marked as 'open' in the marketplace?
EffectConnect can only import orders that are still open. If an order has been fulfilled, cancelled or completed, it will no longer be imported into EffectConnect. - Is the order fulfilled externally or by your own team?
By default, EffectConnect does not import externally fulfilled orders. However, you can enable this option in your channel settings if desired.
