About Obelink

Obelink is a Dutch, leading online retailer, specializing in camping and outdoor products. The company offers a wide range of items, from tents and caravans to accessories for outdoor activities such as cycling, hiking, and water sports. Obelink is known for its extensive product assortment, customer-focused service, and competitive pricing.

As a marketplace, Obelink provides its partners with the opportunity to sell products that complement its existing range. Partners can set their own prices and delivery times, while managing customer delivery and handling inquiries and returns independently. This presents a unique opportunity to reach consumers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. By participating in the partner program, you can benefit from Obelink's marketing efforts, advertising initiatives, and the millions of visitors that flock to their websites each year.

Their marketplace is built on the Mirakl platform.

Request a seller account

    • Closed listing, they evaluate whether your product assortment aligns with their platform.
    • To register as a partner with Obelink, please complete this registration form.
  • With a single account, you gain access to three Obelink platforms: the Netherlands (NL), Belgium (BE), and Germany (DE).
  • Dutch customer service is required, while German-speaking customer service is a plus.
  • Content must be provided in the language of the selling country.
  • Make sure you have a commercial seller account with Obelink before linking the channel to your EffectConnect account.

Settings & configuration

In EffectConnect, you can connect through our App store:

  • Obelink > NL, BE, and DE are all integrated into a single connection.
  • If you wish to export different prices and/or delivery times for each Obelink country, you will need to create a separate channel in EffectConnect for each country.

Settings specific to the Obelink channel in EffectConnect include:

  1. You must provide content in the language of the selling country, which can be specified within the content mapping settings.
  2. Strike Prices
    Navigate to Settings > Prices > From Price (Original Price) under strike prices
    Only prices that correspond to the regular product price will be displayed by Obelink. In accordance with legal requirements in Germany and the EU, you are obligated to use the lowest price from the last 30 days as the basis when advertising price reductions.
  3. Logistics Class
    Go to Settings > Delivery Time > Logistics Class
     Here, you can associate your attribute values with the available logistics classes. The logistics classes are created in your seller account with Obelink, which we will then retrieve.

How to create or enrich product data on Obelink?

You can easily add or enrich product information by mapping it within EffectConnect.

To do this, navigate to the Obelink channel in EffectConnect > go to Content mapping.

About the synchronization times

A way to check if your offers and content are processed by Obelink


Go to the seller dashboard.

To check your offers navigate to 'my inventory > import from file > track offer imports'. 

To check your content, go to 'my inventory > import from file > track product imports'. 


On these pages, you can find the reports that Obelink has to show if products are processed, accepted, or rejected. 

Troubleshoot

I don't have, or forgot, my API keys for configuring Obelink

You can generate new keys inside your Obelink seller central. If you don't know where to find them, please contact your account manager at Obelink.

Products are shown double in my Obelink account, what now?

This normally happens when you've changed the SKU's that are being used. In this way, products are created again, and the old ones will remain in your dashboard which leads to double products. 

The way to solve this is to remove the products with the 'old SKU's. If this happened with a lot of products, you can empty your inventory at Obelink and request our customer success department to refill your inventory by re-sending the offers

My (new) products don't show up in my Obelink account

  • Check if you created a mapping, which includes all the mandatory data.
  • Check if the products are enabled in EffectConnect
  • Check if the synchronization times are respected. If the products still don't show up online, contact us for further assistance. Please keep in mind that it can take a few days before products show up online in your Obelink dashboard. If you need any help regarding new products that need to be accepted by Obelink, contact your account manager at Obelink.
