EffectConnect is a marketplace integrator; by integrating your webshop with EffectConnect you can start to sell automatically via marketplaces. EffectConnect retrieves the productdata from your webshop or any other e-commerce software or customary system. You indicate to which marketplace this data should be sent and after a sale has been made EffectConnect will import the order into your webshop and send the track&trace information to the marketplace. Yes, you will need an account at the desired marketplace in order to be able to start selling on the marketplace, even when you have an integration with EffectConnect.
The support desk can be reached from Monday to Thursday as of 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. and on Friday until 4 p.m., by phone, e-mail and chat. After hours, we have an emergency chat in case of pressing issues or emergencies.
With the EffectConnect monthly subscription you do not pay extra for having an API.
EffectConnect works with a monthly subscription, because we can offer continuous development and support in this way. As a result of this continuous development, new features can be added, new integrations can be set-up and we can improve our product everyday! Without additional charges for the customer!

Yes, with our Fulfilment Manager. The Fulfilment Manager of EffectConnect automatically switches to your stock as soon as the stock at the marketplace (bol.com or Amazon) runs out. This ensures that your products will never be out of stock at the marketplace!
Yes, if you are using the Fulfilment Manager you can control your shipments within your EffectConnect account.
