EffectConnect is a marketplace integrator; by integrating your webshop with EffectConnect you can start to sell automatically via marketplaces. EffectConnect retrieves the productdata from your webshop or any other e-commerce software or customary system. You indicate to which marketplace this data should be sent and after a sale has been made EffectConnect will import the order into your webshop and send the track&trace information to the marketplace. EffectConnect currently offers integrations with most of the well known platforms such as: Lightspeed, Magento, WooCommerce, Prestashop, CCV shop, Shopify, OpenCart, Logic4 and Mijnwebwinkel. Yes, you will need an account at the desired marketplace in order to be able to start selling on the marketplace, even when you have an integration with EffectConnect.
Yes! Our support desk is rated by customers with a 9.8 out of 10 for thinking along with our customers, personal contact and swift and genuine support!
The support desk can be reached from Monday to Thursday as of 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. and on Friday until 4 p.m., by phone, e-mail and chat. After hours, we have an emergency chat in case of pressing issues or emergencies.
With the EffectConnect monthly subscription you do not pay extra for having an API.
EffectConnect works with a monthly subscription, because we can offer continuous development and support in this way. As a result of this continuous development, new features can be added, new integrations can be set-up and we can improve our product everyday! Without additional charges for the customer!
We believe that the turnover you generate via the marketplace belongs to you and you alone. That turnover is the result of your own efforts, not ours.
The orders from various marketplaces are updated in your webshop by EffectConnect every 10 minutes .
We automatically update prices and stock levels at the marketplace based on the data from your webshop/e-commerce environment every 20 minutes.
Yes, with our Fulfilment Manager. The Fulfilment Manager of EffectConnect automatically switches to your stock as soon as the stock at the marketplace (bol.com or Amazon) runs out. This ensures that your products will never be out of stock at the marketplace!
Yes, if you are using the Fulfilment Manager you can control your shipments within your EffectConnect account.
The Fulfilment Manager of EffectConnect will switch immediately to the stock at your own location as soon as the inventory at the marketplace runs out. This ensures that your products will remain in-stock everywhere!

EffectConnect offers a Repricer tool for marketplaces, which automatically adjusts your prices, based on the prices of competitors. We send the products to the most popular affiliate channels and comparison sites so your products can have the best search results in any related search.
