Home24 is a rapidly growing company with online marketplaces across Europe and Brazil. Since its establishment in 2009, home24 has significantly transformed the way people shop for furniture, lighting, and home accessories. The brand was launched in 2012 with the aim of enhancing the online shopping experience and offering a diverse range of furniture that caters to various tastes and budgets. By doing so, they strive to make shopping simple and inspiring. The platform stands out by not only providing high-quality products but also unique and trendy designs, making it appealing to a wide audience.
Their marketplace is built on the Mirakl platform.
Requesting a seller account
- To register as a seller on home24, please use this registration page
- Customer service must be provided in the language of the sales country.
- Content must be provided in the language of the sales country.
- Ensure that you have a commercial seller account with home24 before adding the channel to EffectConnect.
In Germany, Austria, and France, different laws and regulations may apply to the sale of products. It is important to thoroughly research these legal requirements before you begin selling. For more information, please refer to the relevant resources.
Settings & configuration
You can connect to EffectConnect through the App Store for the following home24 regions:
- Home24 Germany (DE)
- Home24 France (FR)
- Home24 Austria (AT)

Settings and Configuration Specific to the Home24 Channel in EffectConnect:
- For each Home24 region, a separate connection is required in EffectConnect
- It is essential to provide content in the language of the respective country.
- Strike Prices
Navigate to Settings > Prices > From Price (Original Price) under strike prices
Only prices that correspond to the regular product price will be displayed by Home24. In accordance with legal requirements in Germany and the EU, you are obligated to use the lowest price from the last 30 days as the basis when advertising price reductions. - Logistics Class
Go to Settings > Delivery Time > Logistics Class Mapping
Here, you can associate your attribute values with the available logistics classes. The logistics classes are created in your seller account with Home24, which we will then retrieve.
How to create or enrich product data on Home24
You can easily add product information by mapping it within EffectConnect.
Navigate to the Home24 channel within EffectConnect > Content mapping
It is important that you can provide the product information of your products in the German language, as home24 is a German marketplace. It is useful to have this data in your webshop, or else use so-called "additional data sources". This is a feature within EffectConnect that allows you to add different product information to your products in EffectConnect, without the intervention of your existing connection. For example: load a CSV file into EffectConnect with German product information.
For Home24, content can only be created or enriched in the language of the sales country. It is useful to have this data in your webshop, use additional data sources or our handy Translations module.
It may take up to 2 weeks for new content to become visible on the marketplace due to manual review processes. If you have questions regarding processing times or status updates, please contact Home24 directly, as EffectConnect cannot expedite this process.
Repricer available for home24
With this channel, you can use EffectConnect's optional Repricer, which automatically adjusts your prices based on formulas and rules you create yourself.

Troubleshoot
I don't have, or forgot, my API keys for configuring home24
You can generate new keys inside your home24 seller account . If you don't know where to find them, please contact your account manager at home24.
My (new) products don't show up in my home24 account
- Check if you correctly configured your channel.
- Check if the products are enabled in EffectConnect
- Check if the synchronization times are respected. If the products still don't show up online, contact us for further assistance. Please keep in mind that it can take a few days before products show up online on your home24 dashboard. If you need any help regarding new products that need to be accepted by home24, contact your account manager at home24.
