Yes. Where is our data hosted and how is it secured?
Within the EU. We host on AWS in Frankfurt. Every account has its own encrypted database, and data is pseudonymized after 30 days. The full DPA is available as an appendix to our Terms & Conditions.

Can you also connect to a system that isn't supported out of the box?
